75% - Support and expand strong working relationships with customers. Build multi-level and cross functional relationships with strategic customers.
15% - Introduce new business; generating profitable new accounts, growth at targeted accounts by identifying and recommending new technologies and new market opportunities related to customers’ needs.
5% - Develop, execute and frequently review annual sales strategy/plans for assigned accounts/geography based on strategic importance, understanding of market, first hand customer information, and alignment with regional and US strategies.
5% - Personal learning and development activities.
Required Skills:

B.S. in Agriculture or relevant experience considered in lieu of degree

3 + years sales or dairy industry experience

Demonstrated effective communication and organizational skills

Self-starter, independent thinker. Ability to make decisions

Ability to work as a part of a team

Must be able to travel weekly
