- Planning and creating innovative multi-channel marketing / promotional campaigns, which maximise distributor mindshare and generate quality sales leads
- Lead the creation of successful B2B product launch campaigns (using full range of awareness/lead generation tools), which ensure a consistent, timely and high impact global launch through the channel.
- Communicate to end users, via the channel, brand values and key products
- Development and execution of B2B e-business to augment our existing channel plans.
- Increase brand presence and design innovative campaigns to generatedemand and engagement.
- Analysis of online product sales to identify
- Support to segment target markets and channel partners such that the marketing needs and preferences of each segment can be defined for use in strategic planning and the design, development, and promotion of related activities.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, statistics and VOC to improve marcomms, customer support and growth; develop strategies for improvement as required.
- Mentor and develop global e-marketing team comprising direct reports and associates of subsidiaries.
- Manage key contractors, vendors and service providers to maximise effective use of and assert control of annual budget.
- Training and onboarding new distributors, ensuring they embrace marketing practices.
- University degree in Business, Marketing or Advertising
- Diploma in Marketing Qualification (CIM) desirable
- MBA highly desirable
- Background within the medical device sector, alternatively FMCG
- Good career trajectory within an international corporation
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong communicator and an inspiring and pro-active leader
- Analytical with helicopter view and a positive and constructive way of thinking
