We have opportunities for a casual District Nurse to support our Pukekohe District Nurse team.
We are a dynamic interdisciplinary team providing assessment and treatment for clients in their own homes. The district nurse provides wound care, continence management, rheumatic fever prophylaxis and palliative care. This District Nursing team is part of the Franklin Locality Partnership working to provide high quality and innovative care to the Franklin Community.
We are looking for an adaptable experienced registered nurse with proven wound management skills, able to work independently using evidence based practice.

Essential
- You will need a full driver’s licence
- NZ Nursing Council Registration
- Current practicing certificate and clinical portfolio
- Ability to work independently
