Requirements

• Four-year college degree (Accounting or related field)
• Eight+ years' experience in audit or related business area
• Supervisory experience, including 3+ years managing a team
• Solid understanding of internal controls and GAAP
• Banking or regulatory experience preferred
• Ability to recommend, influence and drive change
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills; ability to communicate with senior management
