· As part of Target Assurance’s enterprise-wide continuous risk assessment process, leads FRS risk assessment to develop and execute risk-based audit approach

Requirements
- Four-year college degree (Accounting or related field)
- Eight+ years' experience in audit or related business area
- Supervisory experience, including 3+ years managing a team
- Solid understanding of internal controls and GAAP
- Banking or regulatory experience preferred
- Ability to recommend, influence and drive change
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills; ability to communicate with senior management
