Vacancy: Sales Market Representative
 
Objective:
The Sales Market representative is directly responsible for developing and implementing selling strategies for products as well as other initiatives, which involves working with national accounts and internal partners. This person will delve into market research, assessing competitive situations and sales opportunities, as well as take responsibility for forecast and overall volume objectives
Responsibilities:
·         Research and analyze market and growth opportunities.
·         Sales prospecting and generation of new clients.
·         Generate actions to improve product mix, allowances administration and volume increase.
·         Implement strategies and tactics to reach the monthly and quarterly sales quota.
·         Create trade promotions in order to increase volume and profitability.
·         Use forecasting and analytical skills every day.
·         POS Analysis.
·         Sales and operation planning.
·         Increase SKU´s distribution.
·         Work with Global KitchenAid SDA sales team for consistent strategies for international accounts.
·         Generate actions to improve product mix, allowances administration and volume increase.
 
Experience and Qualification:
·         Experience in related function outside sales, such as marketing, merchandising preferred.
·         Communication skills, both verbal and written with strong interpersonal skills.
·         Experience on B2B accounts like price clubs, department stores and retailers.
·         Top performance sales representative.
·         Experience on generating new accounts.
·         Drive to meet and exceed revenue, profit and volume goals.
·         Ability to work under pressure.
·         Negotiation skills.
 
 Bachelors' degree in marketing or related field required.
 
English: 90%
