We are currently hiring for a Product Support Engineer to assist with our goal of providing the highest level of customer delight in our industry. 

Summary

The individual in this role will the responsible for supporting all products within the lighting product division to include consoles, automated and digital lighting. Product support engineers travel to the customer site to provide training, will host open houses throughout the region and will troubleshoot and provide customer support on the phone during normal business hours and after hours. The individual will also work closely with the sales team to provide exceptional customer support and customer intimacy.
