Summary Statement:
Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, performs all the activities of the Human Resources Department including coordination of employee relations, hiring, affirmative action, EEOC compliance, employee assistance and plant litigation.  Provides Human Resources services to all functions in the plant by serving as a consultant to plant management and employees. Assumes the Human Resources Manager’s responsibilities during any absence.

Organizational Relationships:
Coordinate Human Resource activities with all internal departments. Co-ordinates activities with external groups including Corporate, other Kraft locations and Champaign community.
