Position Summary: Responsible for closing new business sales for assigned line of business. Sales territory may be regional, national and/or industry specific. Increase sales by prospecting, network generation and qualifying leads. Manage innovative marketing campaigns to generate qualified sales leads within targeted markets. Expands the demand generation pipeline and accelerates sales and revenue growth. Position will be based out of Tampa, FL.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

This is a sales role focused on customer experience, selling Ideal Dialogue products and services.

Services being sold into STARTEK contact centers or non-STARTEK

·         Data Analytics

·         Ideal Voice (assessment tool)

·         Dialogue180 (end-to-end suite of products)

·         Other TBD

Target Customers

·         Non-BPO companies with internal and/or external contact centers

·         Non-competitive hiring and assessment companies

·         Companies looking to differentiate on customer experience

 

The ideal candidate will have consultative sales experience, a solid understanding of call center operations and a passion for the customer experience.

• The assigned region for this role is global

• Expect to sell $1-2M in revenue annually

-          Close new business sales with the purpose of increasing revenue generation in assigned line of business.

-          Creates Sales Plans and negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.

-          Maintain sales activity reports and develop monthly and quarterly sales plans.

-          Conduct face-to-face meetings and deliver sales presentations.

-          Establishes and builds rapport with business owners to gain insight into company’s organization structure.

-          Identifies procurement process for new business prospects and manages necessary steps to complete.

-          Calls on new and existing customers or clients to explain features and merits of products or services offered.

-          Educates prospect’s contacts on STARTEK’s value added proposition and schedules discovery meetings with the appropriate team members.

-          Increases sales through prospecting, networking and lead qualification.

-          Develops and executes a cold calling strategy to prospect targets for assigned line of business.

-          Researches business leads and maintains detailed records to ensure information is up to date.

-          Develops and maintains a steady stream of new prospects for targeted industries. Identifies the needs of prospective clients

-          Attends industry and prospect related conferences and networking events

-          Establishes and builds rapport with potential clients to gain insight into future STARTEK solutions.

-          Mine existing and prospective clients for referral business

-          Follow up on leads generated through white papers, webinars, speaking engagements, sponsored events, email campaigns, direct mail campaigns, intelligence surveys, internal lead referrals and external website inquiries.

-          May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
• 2-5 years related experience required

Education and/or formal training:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to think strategically and identify critical success factors when developing strategy and plans for assigned area of responsibility. Ability to translate diverse pieces of information into meaningful conclusions and results.
• Ability to proactively develop and maintain solid business partnerships to ensure success in balancing the department and customer needs with the legal and financial expectations of the organization and ensure needed business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to clearly and concisely express ideas and concepts verbally and in writing and adopts writing style and language to fit the situation/audience.
• Demonstrated organizational, detail orientation, prioritization skills and time management skills to ensure that work related activities are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ability to work effectively in a team oriented, high demand and fast paced environment.
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive data and information.
• Solid communication skills to effectively deal with various levels of management, staff and/or outside contacts. Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a professional and positive manner.
• Familiarity with a variety of office equipment, standard software packages and application and use of personal computers to include the Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Effective listening skills to ensure understanding of instructions and directions and effectively communicate progress and problems to co-workers and management
