• Provides analyses relative to network restructuring, remediation and affordability.
• Analyze data for cost reduction initiatives, guaranteeing profitable and efficient business relationships.
• Provides financial impact analysis of prospective contracts and retrospectively evaluates existing contracts.
• Partners with Network Management leadership to support contract negotiations.
• Creates fee schedules supporting various rate methodologies.
• Effectively communicates results to key stakeholders and policy makers. Communication of results include articulate and well organized presentations, both oral and written, to reflect recommendations along with analytic methods deployed.
• Performs other duties and responsibilties as assigned.

• Ability to work with claims data and model various reimbursement methods spanning various risk sharing arrangements with providers.
• Experience managing multiple projects and analyses simultaneously.
• Responsible for completing job duties in an accurate and timely manner.
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills to summarize analyses and present findings to key cross-functional stakeholders.

Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm with flexibility
