Do you want to be on the ground floor of developing Ministry's Center of Excellence in our Revenue Cycle?   Ministry Health Care has an opportunity for a Clinic Coding Quality and Education Specialist.  The Specialist can telecommute, but will be required to travel to other Ministry Health Care facilities to support the training initatives of the organization.  Locations include, Northern, Central, and Western Wisconsin.

The award is designed to recognize Revenue Cycle Academy members for their revenue cycle achievements.

Responsible for providing initial and ongoing training & education for coding staff and providers.

Responsible for performing quality audits for

·        Coding staff as outlined in the Clinic Coding Quality & Audit Plan

·        Providers as outlined in  Clinic Coding Quality & Audit Plan

·        Focused coding quality audits as requested

Responsible for education:

·        Annual education to coding staff as outlined in annual coding education plan.   

·        Ongoing education to providers as identified through quality audits, denials, or external regulatory agencies.
