A capable, resilient leader of operational departments, your new position as Ground Services Operational Team Manager will see you responsible for managing the delivery of Ramp, Baggage and Fleet operations.
Reporting to the Ground Services Manager, you will be able to foster a high-performance culture through the effective coaching and mentoring of our Ground Operations employees.
 
Your remit extends to project management leadership, and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
