The Sales Performance function within Customer and Commercial Relationships focuses on increasing sales revenue, as well as delivering business improvement projects to drive a high performing sales culture.
Reporting to the Manager Sales Effectiveness, you will work closely with the Sales Effectiveness team to generate relevant, quality business documentation. Critical to your success will be your ability to engage with key stakeholders by understanding their needs.
You will be responsible for:
- Defining the project scope to ensure outcomes and expected benefits are clearly articulated into a clear plan of work, whilst also influencing stakeholders
- Preparing documentation required for project improvements including project plans, process flows, management reports, and presentations
- Working closely with internal departments and line managers to develop and review performance measures for the department and produce regular management information reports
- Investigating and implementing system and process improvement options to streamline processes to maximise compliance, governance, effectiveness and efficiencies
- Engaging with customers and other key stakeholders to plan and monitor change initiatives
- Demonstrating change management behaviours, such as agility, collaboration and ability to deal with ambiguity
- Identifying and delivering service improvements and opportunities for savings and efficiencies via a variety of methods, including facilitating workshops with internal customers and developing relationships
- This position will be required to lead small projects or participate in larger projects
- Contributing to efficient project management processes and ensure administration services are in place, monitored and maintained
- Contributing to a culture of high performance within the sales performance team
- Analysing, reviewing and making recommendations on project data and project processes
To be successful you will display:
- Project management experience
- Qualifications in business related discipline (or similar)
- Highly developed stakeholder management, communication, organisational, influencing skills at senior levels, both internally and externally
- Proven analytical and reporting ability, leading to recommendations which have developed into tangible business outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results within a complex business environment with varying stakeholder needs and expectations
- Demonstrated ability to customise solutions for customers
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
