SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Acxiom

This is a Senior Account Executive position that will cover specialized categories of Pharma and Healthcare in addition to traditional verticals. The Account Executive team is the business partner for assigned clients and leads client services within Acxiom across key stakeholders. This team is focused on account retention, revenue growth and profitability as indicated by the Account Plan. They drive client satisfaction and engage in extensive client communication, bringing new ideas and solutions to the client and troubleshooting account complications.

What you will do:
  • Achieve revenue run rate and incremental growth targets, profitability targets, and other sales related goals within named book of accounts
  • Proactively identifies new revenue opportunities and drives account growth and profitability acceleration including new business, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Own extensive client communication, strategic planning and troubleshooting account complications to promote client satisfaction
  • Develop and improve executive level relationships within named account(s)
  • Promote the Acxiom-Client relationship by providing thought leadership and consultation on aligning client business needs to products, solutions, and services offered
  • Lead client quarterly business reviews
  • Create value and differentiate our services and products for competitor campaigns
What you will need:
  • Working knowledge of the regulatory environment and permissible use of data
  • Ability to bring industry contacts and skills in all areas of Pharma/Healthcare

What will set you apart:
  • Familiarity with Acxiom product set and what the value proposition is to effectively sell solutions in the category
  • Knowledge of data that Crossix gathers and the applicable use
