SENIOR ANALYST

What you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, and or Operations Research required
- Masters Degree Preferred, especially Analytics
- Retail industry experience
- Strong understanding of relational databases
- Strong proven experience using a business intelligence tool (Business Objects, Tableau, Cognos, etc) building moderate to complex reports and dashboards
- Proficient in SQL, and average level abilities to do some data mining outside of a business intelligence tool
- Candidates should have significant experience utilizing predictive modeling including regression, logistic regression, and decision trees
- Experience with digital/web analytics including experience with Google Analytics, Omniture/Adobe Analytics, Webtrends, SiteCatalyst
- Measure/analysis revenue attribution, multi channel behavior, media (social media and campaign)
- Superior analytical skills with a proven ability in end-to-end problem solving and implementation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, drive toward deadlines, work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment

What will set you apart:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, preferred
- Strong presentation skills
- Familiarity with web-based technologies including web server logfile analysis, page tagging, traffic reporting, etc
- Experience with k-means clustering and time series analysis is preferred
- Experience with Factor Analysis, Principle Components, Machine Learning a plus
