Client Service Manager

The Client Service Manager (CSM) is responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing Defined Benefit (DB) Clients. This position ensures client satisfaction through periodic client meetings and discussions covering service levels, plan utilization, product offerings, and fund investment performance. The CSM works with sales, plan administration, and operations staff and may participate in finals presentations. The CSM resolves complex problems and is assigned relatively smaller and less complex clients. Has a thorough understanding of clients requirements. While the CSM has overall responsibility for client relationships, day-to-day service and administrative issues are handled by plan administration staff.

4 year college degree or related business experience

Proven excellent customer service skills and progressive probing skills

Ability to understand and apply complex compliance concepts

Knowledge and understanding of Pension Industry

Ability to identify and facilitate issue resolution

FINRA Series 6 and 63 required within 120 days of employment.
