Summary Statement:
 
The Plant CI Manager is part of theplant organization and plays a key role within the CI support structure indeveloping and sustaining the plant’s CI culture.  The Plant CI Manager reports directly to thePlant Manager and receives guidance from local and Center of ExcellenceEngineering, as well as the CI organization. He/she is a power user of improvement tools focused on optimizingmanufacturing performance (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Morale) and isresponsible for transferring skill capability to conversion teams.  This position also develops Plant CIstrategic direction, assisting the Plant Manager and staff on roadmaps, siteLRPs and workforce empowerment.
