The Behavior Data Analyst 1 will organize and maintain data collection and statistical analysis system for program. Assist with research activities.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide direct client care.
Calculate reliability coefficients and summarize reliability data of various direct observation data collection systems.
Assist in the monitoring and adjustment of routine behavioral assessments and protocols.
Assume responsibility for case-related activities in conjunction with the Behavior Data Analyst 2 and/or primary therapist (e.g., running analyze, and compare programs, anticipating case related needs).
Assist with the training of staff regarding data collection for assessments and treatment protocols.
• Utilizes safe and appropriate handling, management and guidance procedures when transporting or working with patients. Must be able to successfully pass all post-training tests which include basic ABA post-test, 3-step post-test, assaultive techniques checklist post-test, teaching procedures role playing. (Behavior Treatment Center employees only).
Assist in the implementation of research protocols and maintenance of research literature and educational materials.
Assist in the purchase and maintenance of supplies necessary for implementation of behavior protocols.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or applied discipline required. Experience in the implementation of behavioral assessment/treatment programs with developmentally disabled population preferred.
Knowledge of normal/abnormal growth and development throughout the age continuum preferred.
Ability to provide, assess, interpret, and communicate client-specific data (in response to treatment protocols).
Must possess strong organizational and time management skills along with ability to manage multiple tasks.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must possess excellent customer service skills.
BLS certification required.
