Role purpose
Support the delivery of a best practice resourcing service by arranging all logistics for interviews and assessment events, maintaining accurate candidate records and providing regular reporting on recruitment campaigns.
Key tasks
- Ensure candidate and vacancy data in the ATS is accurate and up to date at all times
- Support the delivery of interviews and assessment events in the UK and overseas. This will include:
- Book all meeting rooms, equipment and resources required
- Confirm attendance of candidates and assessors in good time
- Prepare information and materials packs for candidates and assessors
- Create schedules for assessment events to ensure hiring managers meet relevant candidates
- Collate post-assessment feedback, record this in the ATS and deliver to hiring managers and candidates as appropriate
- Collect, copy and store candidate right to work documents
- Support the delivery of a positive candidate journey by ensuring all communication with candidates and stakeholders is timely and professional
- Support the candidate on-boarding process by maintaining accurate information in the Applicant Tracking System and providing accurate information to the HR Services
- Co-ordinate and deliver regular reports on campaigns, vacancy status and candidate pipelines
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills, experience and attributes:
Essential:
- Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience of maintaining candidate and vacancy information in an Applicant Tracking System
- Experience of supporting and administering recruitment processes, including arranging interviews
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience of interacting comfortably with senior stakeholders
- Experience of producing clear and meaningful reporting
- Positive attitude with experience working at a demanding pace
- Change resilient
Preferred:
- Experience in a coordination role in an in-house resourcing team
- Experience of using Taleo and SuccessFactors
