CONSULTANT - DATABASE MARKETING STRATEGIST

Assists clients with business solution definition as well as campaign management and business intelligence tools and/or processes in support of cross channel marketing efforts. Point of contact for clients with business solution definition through campaign management and business intelligence tools and/or processes.

What you will do:
  • Participates in planning, execution and measurement activities in support of client’s marketing initiatives
  • Helps CRM marketing further leverage Acxiom’s capabilities with their existing database investments and other Acxiom data and products that could help them achieve their objectives
  • Responsible for all campaign management Operational activities resulting in a timely, measurable, repeatable (where appropriate), development of targeted lists that meet client specified program objectives.
  • Ensures compliance with established procedures, project requirements and service level agreements through audits
  • Participates in change management process for existing solutions which may include, but is not limited to, solution, tool and process changes
  • Investigates and advises clients on potential processing efficiencies,
  • redundancies, and/or optimum use of data and solutions
  • Provide strategic insights and solution recommendations to clients
  • Work with account teams to put forth solutions and strategies that serve the marketing client objectives
  • Accountable for delivering high quality, innovative products and solutions in a timely fashion
What you will need:
  • Undergraduate degree with 5-7 years of professional experience (client facing experience preferred).  
  • Client Relationship Management skills
  • Knowledge in the following disciplines a must
  • CRM 
  • Database Marketing to include campaign management, testing methodology and analytics
  • Direct Marketing and Emerging marketing channels  
  • Data Privacy
  • PACT - Passion, Accountability, Creativity, Teamwork (foundation of Acxiom's culture)
