Business Development Manager Healthcare

In your function as Barco Healthcare Business Development Manager Russia, you will

• Generate end-user pull and create visibility and awareness of the Barco Healthcare products in the Russian Federation, in order to generate new revenues. You will become the face of Barco to the end-user.

• Develop relations with channel partners and regional integrators, in order to build a route to market. Onboard and train new partners for being able to represent Barco (push). In this respect, work closely with the Barco Healthcare Sales Director Growth Markets.

• Demonstrate features and benefits of the Barco Health Care products to the end-user community in the various segments where Barco is active. I.e. hospitals, clinics, imaging centers, etc... This will involve delivering presentations to audiences of one or many

• Prospect for the Barco Healthcare business, promoting our solutions and carrying out demonstrations to the end user community. This is for:

 Display systems in Radiology PACS & Mammography

 Imaging and network based image distribution in surgery and interventional imaging environments.

 Hospital IT solutions, including Barco’s Interactive Patient Care: the integrated bedside terminal solutions for hospital bedside entertainment and source of clinical information at the patient side.

• Make sales presentations, demonstrations and communication with hospital staff at all levels, to discuss the various technical specifications and benefits of our product lines.

• Evaluate the opportunity, evaluate the customer needs and provide the appropriate value proposition in return; communicate on this with the Barco Healthcare Sales Director Growth Markets..

• Consult the Country Manager for specific country related matters, such as regulations, etc…

• Follow up end-user leads with on-site visits, demos or over the phone.

• Keep up-to-date records in the company's CRM system. Interface and provide regular sales forecast and reports, and feedback on marketing and products/services.

• Be an ambassador for Barco, maintaining a lasting and positive impression with all contacts through efficient use of product knowledge and customer service approach.

• Provide quotations in line with applicable pricing and other related commercial terms.

• Negotiate contract terms and conditions in accordance with the guidelines and contract administration objectives

• Perform other duties, tasks and/or responsibilities from time to time.

• You have an understanding of the radiology and mammography diagnostic workflow marketspace.

• You are an IT savvy person, specifically for integration and workflow in the healthcare enterprise

• Credentials for successful sales in the Medical market place with previous experience in a healthcare-IT environment are a plus.

• You already have 5 years of experience in business to business sales.

• Consequently you are capable to detect, qualify and develop business partner channels.

• You are enthusiastic, flexible, integer, creative and customer oriented. You are a good communicator and have no problem presenting our solutions to customers.

• You are a team player and you are prepared to travel 60% of your time.

• You have a university technical degree, excellent knowledge of English.

• You have an open and dynamic personality to discuss with customers, understand their requirements, and can report back into the organization to “make it happen’’.
