Program Manager, Segment Marketing (Corporate Verticals)

The Program Manager, Segment Marketing, executes marketing communications plan against CDW’s strategies to sell more to existing Commercial or Public customers, maximizing programs appropriately to yield the greatest return on investment. This role collaborates with segment managers to effectively communicate marketing initiatives and programs to internal stakeholders and external customers, leveraging resources within the organization, vendor community, and industry to position CDW as a leader in the market.
Key Areas of Responsibility

Manage elements of marketing plan, targeting existing customers with the goal of yielding business results within set expectations.

Work in tandem with segment manager to implement go-to-market strategy in support of segment revenue and market share goals.

Work with direction from segment manager to provide direction in setting objectives in support of marketing communications activities, including:

Advertising
-
Catalog and direct mail
-
Event marketing
-
Promotions
-
Collateral
-
Sales Support
-
Oversee external marketing agency’s projects to ensure strategy is on target and completion dates are met.

Engage with Segment Managers to develop and drive adoption of existing customer programs.

Assist Segment Managers to internally promote Corporate or Public marketing programs.
Responsibilities

Support role out of marketing programs within Sales team, seeking feedback from Sales Managers and Account Managers to learn about the business and gain support for marketing efforts.

Maintain and report on performance metrics for existing customer marketing program in support of the segment manager.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing-related field
-
3 years sales, marketing or marketing communication experience
Other Required Qualifications
-
Proven program management experiencing, driving initiatives from conception through to completion.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a track record of successfully influencing stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communications with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders, including senior leadership.

History of providing outstanding customer service to stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing vertical industry marketing programs, such as Legal, Financial, and Healthcare industries

Technology market knowledge and working experience

Experience in working with sales organizations
