Customer Service Responsible

Tetra Pak is looking to hire an experienced business to business Customer Service representative to handle the order management of packaging material and design administration for key customers to ensure in full and on time delivery.
Specific accountabilities include:
- Order handling in SAP to ensure correct design isordered and delivered
- Timely communication and feedback to customers onall issues affecting / impacting their business
- Liaising with logistics department to ensure deliveries are carried out in a timely manner
- Management feedback regarding supply chain issues
- Stock management
- Build solid intra company relationships locally and overseas
- Project management of new and amended designs for customers to ensure best possible print results
- Internal and customer reporting
- Maintaining knowledge of Tetra Pak products and services
You will hold Tertiary, Diploma or Certificate qualifications related to Planning, Logistics, Engineering, Marketing or Commerce and have at least 3 – 4 years experience in a customer contact role.
Experience with SAP highly advantageous as is any experience in supply chain, planning or distribution logistics. Sound knowledge of spreadsheets and administration systems is imperative to ensure your success.
You have a natural ability to build strong internal and external relationships and effectively handle customer complaints and claims in a timely manner. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines is a necessity.
