2 NURSE EDUCATOR ROLES
These are reconfigured senior nursing roles that will share working across 4 community and 2 clinical cultural teams in adult mental health.
We are looking for experienced nurses with a wide range of clinical experience and expertise. You will already be actively contributing effectively to mental health nursing development.
We are looking for someone who has energy and flexibility to promote, facilitate and provide clinical education to maximise healthcare delivery to a broad range of mental health nurses. You will enjoy working alongside nurses in clinical practice and enabling further knowledge and skills development through nursing initiatives.
In this role you will be working closely with the Nurse Director to enable the implementation of mental health nursing strategy across the Mental Health and Addictions Directorate. Your portfolio of nursing workforce development may include initiatives like; enhancing physical health outcomes for service users, a focus on levels of practice through to increasing post graduate study uptake.
You will be a Registered Psychiatric Nurse or Registered Comprehensive Nurse with specialty practice in mental health. Experience in both community and inpatient services at an expert level of practice. These are permanent, full time role working Monday to Friday.
