Interviewing

The key to successful interviewing is to simply use the best technique of the interviewer: behavioral interviewing. I have trained thousands of corporate leaders on behavioral interviewing, which simply involves seeking specific examples, then drilling down into the specific details.

The classic behavioral interview questions are "Can you give me an example of _____?" or "Can you tell me about a time when you _____?"

So if you want to interview successfully, simply answer behaviorally even when (and especially when) you are not even asked a behavioral question. Back up your answers with specific examples and be willing to provide the details. Go there without being asked and you will be the standout in the interview process.
