Saint Elizabeth's Hospital In Appleton, WI is seeking a motivated driven individual to join the pharmacy team. Saint Elizabeth's Hospital in licensed for 352 Beds. Pharmacists are decentralized and rotate through Central Pharmacy. Ministry Health Care/Affinity Heatlh System is the second largest health care system in Wisconsin. The Pharmacy Department at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton, is expanding services and adding staff to assist with medication reconciliation.  The pharmacist will perform medication reconciliation, fill orders for parenteral and enteral medications, monitor patient drug therapies, provide drug information to patients and health care providers.

 

We are seeking a 7 on, 7 off, night shift Pharmacist to join our team, working 9:00 pm - 7:00 am. This position will be offered full time benefits and will be paid night shift differentials. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

MON

• The qualified candidate should hold BS or PharmD from an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Licensed as a Pharmacist in the State of Wisconsin, or eligible. 
• Hospital-based health system experience preferred.
• Knowledge of current hospital practice including unit dose, IV preparation, pharmacokinetics and drug monitoring.
